Intersect recently coordinated an off-chain process to gather community input on Cardano budget priorities. Participation was strong with over ₳3.8 billion in stake engaged, representing more than 70% of active stake on mainnet.
Out of 194 submitted proposals, 40 received support from over 50% of participating stake, meeting the Budget Committee’s signal threshold and providing DReps with a clear community signal ahead of an on-chain vote.

Intersect will contact successful proposers to begin the contracting phase and will host open AMAs to gather community feedback. Details on Sundae Labs’ smart contract-based disbursement system will be included in the treasury action.

- Final results will be published before epoch 557 (starting May 9), once all data is verified.
- Budget info action: An on-chain budget info action will be submitted, followed by a treasury withdrawal if approved.
- ₳75 million of the proposals relate to alternative routes like Catalyst, Builder DAO, and Intersect’s Open Source work—these sit within the ₳280 million in total signaled funding.
