Championing decentralization

One of our core principles as a member based organization has always been to foster an open and distributed environment -  at all levels. With members having voting rights, you are influencing the direction Intersect heads in - putting the power into your hands.

Ensuring transparency

Transparency is an important value at Intersect, working towards creating an open organization that has inclusion at its heart. Voting is always the hard-end point in any governance system, but an important feature to ensure our organization is member-led at every level.
